We strive to uphold the highest ethical business and governance standards, acting with transparency and leading by example to promote and protect our employees’ well-being and safety.
The Ethical Supply Chain Program is overseen by our independent, multi-stakeholder Governing Board. This board is made up of representatives from toy brands & retailers, factories, associations and civil society organizations.
