Helpline Analytics
The IETP Worker Helpline offers free, confidential information and advice for factory workers employed by the factories under IETP Program. The monitored helpline currently covers China and Vietnam.
Data collected from our Helpline is gathered, analysed & housed in Connect, our factory oversight technology platform exclusively available to Members of our Program.
Connected Buyers are able to view the number of calls made by workers in their connected factories, understand the topics of these calls, view the number of calls escalated, and export Helpline data for internal analysis.
IETP hopes the transparency of our Helpline data will promote positive impact, help factory management & connected buyers identify repeat issues and drive positive change.
