Our new worker voice program offers fantastic opportunities for IETP certified factories to improve employee engagement, support your workforce and train workers by piloting worker voice technology in your workforce for free.

The worker voice platform will be used to distribute digital education directly to workers to increase workplace safety, knowledge of workers’ rights, and to provide opportunities for personal and professional growth through gamified learning. 

The platform can also be used to gather workers’ insights on specific issues in the workplace. These insights will inform the ongoing development of ICTI Ethical Toy Program’s assessments, capability building and worker well-being initiatives.

问:参与 ICTI 玩具业责任规范 – 员工心声项目,工厂需要做些什么?

答:工厂确认加入 ICTI 玩具业责任规范 – 员工心声试点项目,需要指定负责人员,参与学习掌知识平台的操作和维护,在工厂内部组织一系列活动鼓励员工下载,安装和使用该该平台,以及定期维护公司新闻,培训材料,调研等以吸引员工持续关注该掌知识平台。

 

问:管理掌知识平台约需要多少人力?

答:建议COC或人事部作为掌知识平台运营的项目负责人,并由人事部、行政部、制造部、IT 部等部门参与项目管理委员会,由不同部门的负责人分别维护该部门的内容和运营。项目最终的目的帮助工厂减少人力在沟通、培训等方面的人力投入。

 

问:员工使用掌知识平台是否会影响工作?

答:这不应限于掌知识平台的启用会导致该问题。掌知识平台是希望利用员工不离手的智能手机,以及碎片化的时间,提供便利的沟通渠道以及通过学习实现自我的提升和发展。工厂可以通过合理的政策来引导员工在正确时间内使用手机。

            

问:不是所有的员工都会使智能手机,没有智能手机的员工怎么办?

答:如果智能手机普及率低于 50%,建议在培训室或者公共区域安装 3-5 个平板,员工在休息的时候可以用帐号登录使用。如果高于50%,员工可以借用朋友或者家人的手机登录使用。

 

问:掌知识如何确保数据安全?

答:从以下四个层面确保数据安全:

员工层面:每个员工都有自己的帐号和密码登录。密码由手机绑定,定时修改。内容限制员工不可以转发跟公司相关的重要培训内容给其他人;重要的培训内容可以设置访问密码,指定人员才可以参加培训。

管理层面:后台设置不同的权限,确保平台内容维护和数据报表不是每个人都可以使用和查询。公司最高管理员管控所有模块的分管理员权限。微邦公司只有少数人有密钥可以获取客户信息,项目管理人员需通过客户的允许方可登录后台查看信息。

技术层面:员工数据存储在 Ali 云上,微邦 IT 团队进行统一安全防护管理。数据对接采用 API 对接,通过加密密钥和 HEps 安全通道进口数据获取,确保数据的安全。

协议层面:IETP与掌知识平台提供商微邦公司,以及与参与工厂都会签订协议,承诺所有信息和数据的保密性。

 

问:今年免费参加ICTI 玩具业责任规范 – 员工心声项目,明年如果继续使用,费用怎么计算?

答:通过员工心声试点项目,IETP 期望可以借助现代科技帮助工厂提升内部管理效率,最终达到减少认证次数的目的。如果试点项目达到预期,IETP 将统一购买掌知识平台的使用权,所有认证工厂都应使用。费用由 IETP 承担。如未达到预期,不建议继续使用。如工厂仍想继续使用,请与微邦公司单独协商价格。

问:参与ICTI 玩具业责任规范 – 员工心声项目,工厂怎么报名?
