Support your workers

The Ethical Toy Program runs a range of work streams to promote the safety and well-being of workers employed at toy factories around the world. We also offer resources to help you support your workers better.

Worker Helpline

Our Worker Helpline offers free, confidential information and advice for factory workers employed by the factories under IETP Program.

It currently covers China and Vietnam.

Business integrity

Honesty, integrity, rigor and fair play are at the core of the Ethical Toy Program.

All ICTI Ethical Toy Program staff – and our appointed third-party auditors – must observe the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction where they are located, and maintain a high standard of professional ethics when conducting business. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption.

We expect all ICTI Ethical Toy Program Accredited auditors – whether internal audit specialists or third-party accredited auditors – to be courteous to factory staff during an audit and perform their work with honesty, diligence, and responsibility.

You can view a list of the third-party audit firms accredited by the Ethical Toy Program here. A list of Ethical Toy Program Audit Specialist Staff is available here.

Please note that these are the only authorized representatives of the Ethical Toy Program who can visit your factory to conduct audits on behalf of the Ethical Toy Program.

We expect all Ethical Toy Program factories to act with openness and integrity and to meet Ethical Toy Program requirements on business integrity.
