这次虚拟活动将汇集商界代表(品牌、零售商、工厂和合作伙伴)

(活动将以英文进行)

IETP’s Program Director, Anita Lo will join ALDI and VF on a panel discussion hosted by CCRCSR as part of their study launch. The Panel Discussion will explore the impacts of COVID-19 on business and approaches towards building more resilient supply chains.

Much has happened in the three years since our last study on the topic of migrant parent workers. Government policies in China affecting migrant families have changed; many more factories across multiple industries have worked with us on worker well-being programs, and of course, COVID-19 hit the world disrupting the industry and closing schools. The global pandemic has highlighted how one crisis can quickly tip businesses and supply chains into an era of uncertainty whilst exposing the vulnerabilities of migrant workers and families.

About the study

“Getting through a Pandemic” explores the impact of the pandemic on working families in China’s factories from a multitude of angles, but it also examines the changes that have taken place since our last study in 2017 and what that means for brands, buyers, and factories. Our latest study is based on data from 73 factories, 2137 workers, and 13 children, drawing on surveys and in-depth interviews.

The launch events are invite-only. If you would like to receive an invitation, please email CCRCSR directly
