Family-Friendly Factory Brochure Now Available


We have just published our Family-Friendly Factory program brochure.

The promotional brochure includes impacts, outcomes & case studies from the four factories which piloted the program since 2021.

The IETP Family-Friendly Factory (FFF) program encourages factories to implement policies which create a working environment that allows parents and caregivers to balance their work and personal lives and better facilitates the care of their children.

Policies include:

  • Maternity, paternity, and parental leave
  • Support for breastfeeding mothers
  • Flexible work arrangements
  • Childcare
  • Introducing other measures to facilitate the establishment of a family-friendly workplace
