What’s happening?The Ethical Toy Program understands that as the Chinese New Year approaches, most factories located in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan will temporarily cease production as they close for the festive period and many workers take holiday to reunite with family back in their hometowns.In order to allow time for Chinese New Year 2018 celebrations, the Ethical Toy Program will instruct our accredited firms to not conduct audits between February 1st 2018 through March 4th 2018 (1 week prior to and 2 weeks after Chinese New Year).Please note that these arrangements only apply to factories located in Mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Audit arrangements for others parts of the world will be unaffected.
